Product Collection & Return up to 20kg from YOUR address or premises.
This service is available for customers who want to return an Item such as a "Golf Trolley etc up to 20kg as follows:
1. Complete purchase of "Collection and return label" and complete checkout in the normal way.
Your login details (if purchased through our site before) will be your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password click the "Forgotten password" option and a reminder will be sent. If you have not registered before, simply register your details.
2. When you have finished checkout, an auto order-conformation will sent. We will then contact you via the telephone to book in your collection. The collection will be made from your house or a place you specify.
3. Please also print out and enclose this returns note with your item.
4. When your item is received we will contact you.

Important Notice.
The carrier will not give a time slot only a date.
If the carrier tries to make the collection at the date you have specified and you are out and collection is not possible. The carrier may make another charge for a future collection.
